Organizing

For homes and small businesses that need their spaces to function for real life. I build systems around how you actually live, work, and think. Less searching, more ease.

Things I organize

real homes, real progress

Before + after

Before: a garage packed with boxes, baskets, toys and tools
before
After: the same garage with a clear floor and labeled bins on shelves
after

A garage, sorted, shelved and labeled. Everything has a home up off the floor, and the floor is usable again.

Before: a walk-in closet with clothes piled across the floor
before
After: the same closet with clothes hung in rows and a clear carpet
after

A walk-in closet, back in working order. Clothes hung by type, bins stacked, and room to walk in and get dressed.

Before: a laundry room crowded with boxes, bins and supplies
before
After: the same laundry room with a clear floor and a stocked, labeled shelf
after

A laundry room that works again. Clear floor, stocked shelf, labeled bins, and everything within reach.

Before: a closet with bags, shoes and clothes spread across the floor
before
After: the same closet with shoes on shelves, clothes hung and an open floor
after

Off the floor and onto the shelves. Shoes lined up, books standing, and hangers ready for what comes next.

progress, not complete
Before: a kitchen with the floor and island buried in boxes, bags and supplies
before
Progress: the same kitchen with the floor cleared and a walkable path restored
progress

Clearing the path in a hoarded kitchen. The first big win was a safe, open floor again. Counters and cabinets come next, one decision at a time.

What organizing gives you

The EXCESS method

I show up prepared to declutter first. Then we clear floors, surfaces, cabinets, closets and drawers from the inside out.

  1. Empty the space

  2. Refresh the space with a quick clean

  3. Categorize the contents

  4. Edit the contents by removing trash, recycling and donations

  5. Stage the space based on how it should function

  6. Style the space by containing and labeling

The path from excess to success begins with a helping hand.
