on the job

With experience in art and interior design, I notice the little things and enjoy creating spaces that feel good and work well. From deep declutters to fresh transformations, everything is designed around you.

Having grown up the daughter of parents with disabilities, I empathize with clients living with limits on their energy or mobility. My focus is on improving accessibility, supporting mental health, and conserving energy.

I've helped over 50 clients organize spaces of all kinds, from tool and toy storage to winery supplies. I handle small projects as a solo organizer and am always willing to join forces with fellow organizers for large scale work.

Client reviews

Kelli helped my senior dad organize after a move, she was easy to communicate with and so helpful!

Nicole

Totally amazing! Kelli far exceeded my expectations. Her work ethic, creativity and thoughtful suggestions were exceptional. I just moved, and in just a day she had all of my boxes unpacked, systems in place to put things away and a strategy to organize my home. Before Kelli, I was feeling overwhelmed, but now there is a plan in place and I know, with her assistance, I will be living in an organized home in no time! Kelli is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her.

Georgianna

She gave us tips and tools we can use for a lifetime. Thank you so much for your help!

Yesenia

Kelli organized our master closet and did an amazing job. She was so attentive to our needs, and was especially considerate to us needing to attend to our young kids during the process. She didn't try to put her structure onto ours and instead adapted the organization strategies to what was functional for us. Would definitely work with her again.

Catrina

Kelli was pleasant and helped me think through ways to organize my bedroom! She was upbeat, professional, and gave me good ideas to rethink/organize my closet and bedroom space.

Karen

When I hired Kelli, I certainly didn't expect the highest quality person that I got. You see, she came into my home a few months after I had lost my partner suddenly. The clutter and disorganization in my pantry and kitchen cabinets overwhelmed me during this time of grief. She came into my home with so much compassion and gentleness. She worked through the plan with me and listened to me. The ultimate result was amazing! Everything is so beautiful and organized and clean. She is not only an amazing person but a professional! Do not hesitate to hire her. It's worth it. Thanks Kelli!

Coco

Kelli worked nonstop to help me declutter my bedroom. She is smart and caring.

common questions

FAQ

What does your process look like?

I show up prepared to declutter first. From there I will need you available to make decisions on what you're willing to let go of. That means clearing floors, clearing surfaces and clearing cabinets, closets and drawers from the inside out, following the EXCESS method.

So how long will this take?

Organization is more art than science, as the time taken on each step varies based on room size, the quantity of items, decision-making speed, and product sourcing or labeling needs.

How much will it cost?

My hourly rate is $50 per hour. Package pricing is available depending on the scope of work and may include a discounted rate or organizer perks free of charge.

What do I need to do to prepare?

Do not panic clean! I need to see where, why and how things are piling up so I can determine how best to help.

Though I adore pets and kids, you may need to make arrangements for their care so we can work safely and distraction free.

Although you don't have to be available for the entire process, I will need you to be present for editing your belongings. If the volume of trash or donations is quite large we'll need to schedule junk removal and/or donation pick-up.

Are you background checked and insured?

Yes I am!

Do you work with commercial and residential clients?

Absolutely.

Are you willing to travel?

Yes. Anything outside of my 30 mile radius is negotiable.

Perfect isn't the goal. Personal is. Your space should feel like yours, and so should the artwork.
